Topic Description
Send an Individual Email Send an email to a specific family or staff member.
Email Families Email multiple families from the All Families page or the Families menu, or email an individual family from the Family record.
Email Students Send emails or student schedules to students and families from the All Families, All Students, or the All Classes pages.
Email Classes Send class emails from the Class record, Waitlist, or the All Classes page.
View Sent Emails View emails sent to families or staff members within the past 365 days.
Sent Emails Report Access the Sent Emails report for a list of emails sent to your students, contacts, and staff, based on the filters you select.
Increase Your Email Delivery Rate Take action to ensure email delivery to your customers.
Troubleshoot Problems With Email Use Jackrabbit to help identify why customers may not be receiving your emails.
Email Bounce Report Identify email addresses that are repeatedly undeliverable with the Email Bounce report.
Add Jackrabbit to Safe Sender List Help ensure proper delivery of emails to your customers.
