Manage Class Waitlists & Priority Ordering
Use waitlists to manage class demand, prioritize enrollments, and receive alerts for class openings to streamline scheduling.
Create a Trial Enrollment from Within Jackrabbit Set a student's Enroll Type to Trial to indicate they are a trial student and exclude them when posting tuition fees.
Trial Enrollment During Online Registration Allow new customers to select and enroll in a class as a trial using the Online Registration Form.
Staff Procedures for Trial Enrollments Track trial enrollments, manage students who don’t enroll, and update the Enroll Type for those who continue.
Report on Trial Enrollments Use the Drop History, Enroll History, and Enrollment Detail reports to track trials. 
Create a Future Enrollment Set a student's Enroll Date to a future date when enrolling a student from within Jackrabbit.
View Future Enrollments View future enrollment details from the Family or Student record, the Classic Weekly Class Calendar, or the Activity Calendar.
Delete a Future Enrollment Delete future enrollments from the Student record or Class record.
Report/Track Future EnrollmentsFilter the All Students page to create a listing of all students with enrollments in the future.
