In this lesson, you will learn how to post and manage various fees, including non-tuition fees, annual fees, class transactions, and store purchases.

Topic Description
Post Other Fees (Non-Tuition) Post non-tuition fees to a family account, such as registration fees, annual fees, late fees, miscellaneous fees, and more.
Post Annual Fees Post annual fees, including registration, membership, insurance, etc., to existing families or students.
Post Late Fees (or Misc Fees) Post a fee to multiple families based on selected family criteria (e.g., location, status, current balance) and/or their students' current enrollment.
Post Class Transactions Post fees to families with students enrolled in a specific class.
Post Other Fees Post additional fees to an individual family from the Family record, All Families page, or Transactions menu.
Store/Point of Sale - An Overview Use the Store to track inventory, process secure transactions, and record sales for both customers and non-customers.
Make a Store Sale Post fees for store items to a family's account or accept immediate payments at the time of sale.
Edit TransactionsEdit all transactions or single transactions from the Transactions menu or the Family record.
Delete Multiple Transactions at OnceDelete fees that were posted in error.
